Participants 25 Attendees  Advisers, Practitioners, Researchers Expectations  Make recommendations on initiatives for conducting ICT4RL evaluations and action pilots  Recommend and share their views on the research framework  Recommend and share their views on the next steps in forming a research network, in order to roll out and guide future research work in the area of ICT4RL under ENRAP

4. DAY ONE. Workshop Session I: ICT4RL Research Framework Workshop Method: Focus Group Discussion Key Questions  How best can the proposed SLF be contextualized and improved?  How best can indicators for the SLF specific components be articulated?  What basic indicators should be identified to quantify, to the extent possible, livelihood outcomes and role of information? Outcome: ICT4RL Research Framework.

5. DAY ONE. Workshop Session II: ICT4RL Research Agenda Method: Identification and Prioritization Key Questions  Which post evaluation studies can be implemented?  Which action pilot studies could be implemented? Outcome: Research Agenda identifying Post Evaluation and Action Pilot Studies

6. DAY TWO. Workshop Session III: ICT4RL Research Network Method: Round Robin Key Questions  Formation: What processes and mechanisms should be adopted?  Operation: What will be the general plan of work of the network and what will the specific responsibilities of the various actors?  Sustainability: How will this be guaranteed? Outcome: Plan for establishing an ICT4RL Research Network for Asia and the Pacific

7. DAY TWO. Workshop Session IV: Identifying ICT4RL Network Participants Method: Nominations Key Questions  Who has the ability and the institutional capability to propose to undertake the identified post-evaluation studies?  Who has the ability and the institutional capability to propose to undertake the identified action-research pilots?  Which of the participants want to be involved in this initiative and in which capacity? Outcome: Long list of institutions and researchers that may become implementers
