2.  I was born in West Africa in the Kingdom of Kongo  I was not a slave so I guess you could say I was born free  My father was king of Kongo, me and my brother fought for the throw when he died.  My son name is Dom Henrique About Myself

3.  I developed an appropriate theology to merge the religious traditions of my own country with that of Christianity.  I was part of the slave trade with Portuguese  I won the thrown against my brother and made Christianity the state religion  I died in 1543
