The Fully Networked Car Geneva, 3-4 March 2010 6 Conclusion / Recommendations o Need of a Public – Private Partnership for the development of standards through an efficient CEN – ETSI Co-operation. o A required Minimum Set of Standards shall ensure interoperability accross Europe. o European Standardization shall be in line with the European co-operative system deployment strategy. o International harmonization is required. But Europe shall be able to develop a consistent and stable offer to put in the balance. This does not preclude some early convergence work.
