Be careful of the Fiscal Year Filter ◦ FY 2010-2011 = July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 ◦ FY 2011-2012 = July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 ◦ FY 2012-2013 = July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 Email Cheryl Gater at cgater@aa.ufl.edu with any name changes or updates needed as well as the date the change was effectivecgater@aa.ufl.edu

To check department listing ◦ Log onto Compliance Assist! using your Gatorlink credentials by clicking the “UF Compliance Assist!” link at http://sacs.aa.ufl.eduhttp://sacs.aa.ufl.edu ◦ Click “Planning” for the Planning Module ◦ Click “Institution”, then the “+” to the left of your unit’s name ◦ The departments should now be visible
