5. WP 1 (ONS) ESS guidelines and procedures Objective: Provide guidelines, procedures and templates for identification, development, sharing and implementing statistical services. 6. WP 2 (Statistics Lithuania) Centre of Excellence Objective: Describe a Centre of Excellence that could take over after the ESSNet. 7. WP 3 (Insee) Apply services Objective: Show on concrete cases that a service developed by an ESS Member (DO) can be integrated by another Member (RO) into its business processes. 8. WP 4 (SURS) Identification of re-usable services Objective: Identification of re-usable services and analysis of requirements. 9. WP 5 (INE) Fostering open-source solutions Objective: Give information and tools on open source solutions that can be used to better help and foster statistical production.
