His career took off in the late 30’s early 40’s and went all the way up to the 90’s Not only did Frank Sinatra sing and perform he also did some acting. The type of music he played was a vocal jazz.

5. Career slump His career had hit a slump by 1950 He was absent for nearly two years and many people thought his career was over. It was reborn by the year 1953 after he won the academy award for best supporting actor in the movie “From Here to Eternity” After the long three years of no success he was back on track making hits and living the high life.
