Causes of the War Recap - The Allies have adopted a policy of appeasement to deal with Germany’s advancements in Europe. - The Treaty of Versailles has been ignored by Hitler and he has rebuilt Germany’s military and started taking over surrounding areas.

What was it like living in Britain during the War? The Battle of Britain was the first major air battle of WWII. This aerial attack brought uncertainty and fear to the British citizens who lived during these attacks. In our classroom account, open the activity “A British Child during WWII” and follow the directions for our activity.
