Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Commission de la sécurité professionnelle et de lassurance contre les accidents du travail The WSIB receives more than 200,000 new claims per year, with approximately 1,100 claims registered each working day There are currently more than 230,000 registered employer accounts that receive a wide range of services from the WSIB Mandatory coverage of the construction industry is expected to add approximately 100,000 more construction workers to the WSIBs employer accounts WSIB 101
