About Cochayuyo Unique seaweed, with long and big shape, that grows in chilean’s coasts. It’s manually collected by local natives. One of the most important attributes is its high protein, iodine and mineral content. It has several medicinal benefits. Is normally used in the cosmetic industry because of its moisturize qualities. Uses: weigh controller, cholesterol reducer, prevent constipation, hypothyroidism, and also can be used as energizing food due to the high level of vitamins and minerals.

Why Cochayuyo in China? Currently, Cochayuyo is an appealing seaweed in the Chilean market, and also very highlighted by by foreigners that had tried it It comes from a safe environment, free of industrial pollution Unique smell and chewing consistency, is not only well food due to its several properties but is a delicious food that can be included in different meals.

Unique Production Conditions Lafkenche people harvest the seaweed in a natural unpolluted environment south of Chile 300 km coast with no cities and only 40.000 inhabitants makes it an ideal guarantee for natural and safety conditions The producer, a fisheries engineer, has 4 year experience with harvest techniques and working with Lafkenches Direct access to Lafkenches within a long term relationship of trust and commitment Transportation, drying and packing in a natural environment south of Coronel, VIII Region.
