Kuijer2 Shifts in December 2007 Two periods –10-15 December –16-21 December –No overlap required (but allowed), SRC guarantee information transfer Allow shifts less than 1 week, credit per day –Many people should be trained! First shift 8-16 on December 10 –Allow start-up by experts during day shift (e.g. DAQ setup) Shutdown all detectors in dayshift December 21, cancel evening shift –CERN services will be shut down Need 25 workplaces (each subsystem, excluding offline) –Seating will be defined by RC, one place per detector –ACR workplaces reserved for detectors in the process of inclusion in DAQ SRC make sure that shifters have access: –Need to do the Safety course in building 53 a week before. –Request and check access rights in EDH: LHC-12, LHC-24, ACR, ALI-COF SRC send shift schedule to RC –Names, phone numbers, day/time, institute SRC must be near CERN and reachable at all time by mobile phone
