The knowledge of adolescents about sexual and reproductive health enhanced after training. It is requires to give more emphasis on the topic of STD’s because least number of adolescents were able to answered about this issue

Before training they were not able to recognize the symptoms and the reasons of sexual diseases but after training they were able to answer the reason and symptoms of diseases.

1. Time management 2. Behavior and Attitude of trainer 3. Support from the village
26
The sessions were of as long as 3 hrs, if it could have been divided into more of practical sessions involving role play, group work, discussions, games etc. then the training would have been more useful. There was a lack of written feedback system where the feedback is taken verbally. So, a written feedback system would help to enhance the training module. The Size of batch was of about 70-75 for the training. Managing such a large batch becomes difficult when it comes to learning. A smaller batch would have been much more effective. The training kits were attractive and easily understood by them, but it was so small or less in quantity for the large size batch. So, a bigger training kits or larger size would have helped them understand better.
