LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) LIHEAP delivered $2,519,768 worth of home energy services in their fiscal year The number of homes served in LIHEAP was 7,368 Improved phone appointment process LIHEAP has held 11 outreach events serving 490 households

WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (WAP) Transitioned to Community Action June 2015 $637,223 grant through Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Hire and train specialized staff Incorporate new procedures Bid and award new contractors 127 clients on list to be served 28 clients pending contractors completion

SUMMARY OF SUCCESS Orange County Community Action Division was the first program in Florida to meet new organizational standards Expanded and delivered specialized services Met and exceeded 48 out of 50 national performance indicators

2016/2017 GOALS Expand Hours Conduct a current Needs Assessment Implement new Results Oriented Management Assessment (ROMA) standards Create new levels of community engagement
