Measure of a Leader Momentum Commitment Initiative Reciprocity

Momentum Mass – How many followers who respond to his call? Velocity – How fast do they respond to him? Direction – How close they are to his priorities?

Commitment Vision – How many people relate to it? Values – How many can relate an example to leader’s values? Persistence – How many meet their commitments?

Initiative Teamwork – How frequent do they assist them? Interfaces – How many units actively assist other units? Innovation – How many suggestions are made supporting the vision?

Reciprocity Trust – How often do they take responsibility? Respect – How often do they seek out for the leader’s advice? Growth – How many become Leaders?
