Directions for Action Plan Activities – 10 minutes for each action plan. In an effort to scale up the target identified, you will need to know where you are. Rate where you think your district may be with the target. You will also need to have some goals to meet this target. I shared goals/solutions that has helped my district with building an infrastructure for MTSS. You may want to choose one that was reviewed or you may have an idea of your own. Based on what we have covered, list the resources in your district that are available to help you implement the solutions/goals? List the barriers that would prevent you from implementing these solutions/goals? After you have listed the resources and barriers, prioritize which goal you would prefer to address first. Select your number one priority and complete the action items for that priority. Due to time limits we will complete 1 top priority during this session. Please use these templates to type into your action plans during the session.
