3 2014-2015 HIGHLIGHTS Implemented Timepiece  Time and Attendance for Custodians/Buildings and Grounds Continue Partnership with Nassau BOCES Model Schools  Microsoft Office training  Powerschool workshops  Powerteacher workshops Migration to Office 365  Train administrative and support staff on new environment

4 PLAN FOR 2015-2016 Continue Restructuring IT Department  Align staffing with district needs  Utilize a combination of support form BOCES, Outside Vendors, and internal support staff.  Physical server and workstation upgrades  Reconfigure entire systems and network environment Move to Office 365 and single domain structure  Migrate Microsoft Exchange server to Office 365  Reconfigure instructional workstations for new domain  Upgrade instructional workstations as needed Implement new Video Surveillance system

5 PLAN FOR 2015-2016 Implement Parent Portal for Powerschool Focus on professional development  Use of computer technology in Office 365  Improve communication and collaboration using Lync Student accounts on Microsoft Office 365 Improve and Upgrade existing wireless infrastructure  $ 1,000,000 E-Rate funding for Category 2 services
