Capitalize the first word in every sentence e.g: H ow are you? I missed you yesterday. Wow it is raining! Please bring those books to me.

Capitalize the first word in both the salutation and the closing of a letter

Capitalize the pronoun “I” Linda was crying so I got a her an ice cream. If she asks where am I, just tell her I am absent.

Capitalize proper nouns Capitalize the names of persons E.g: Jane, Mary, Tom, Harry, George and animals E.g: Tiger, Lion, Whale, Squirrel

Capitalize geographical names

Capitalize the names of organizations, teams, institutions, and government bodies

Capitalize the names of special events, holidays, and calendar items
