Erasmus Documentation Learning agreement (Changes still possible till October 14, they must be approved by home coordinator), Certificate of Stay (Usually home university form, signed on day of arrival and day of departure) Transcript of Records (At the end of studies, order it in international office)

On this meeting you will get: Student ID Card Personal registration Number (EMŠO) Bus ticket form Instructions for activation of your UL Digital Identity Instructions (username & password) for access to Student Information System.

Student ID card Student ID card of the University can be used for enabling discounts on admission to museums and sights, inexpensive meals in some restaurants and discounts on many forms of transport. The Student ID card of the University is an official document that gives the exchange student the same rights as to Slovene students. The card is used as an accession to libraries and faculty exams.

Personal Registration Number (EMŠO) The EMŠO is a personal identification number in the Republic of Slovenia. It is entered in official records and other databases when so stipulated by the law. You will need it, for example, for buying monthly bus tickets etc. For Bus ticket you need signed & stamped form, which you can get in international office

Your UL Digital Identity You can use your digital identity to access different IT services offered by the UL. Read more about the various IT services offered at http://digitalna.uni-lj.si/ or http://my.uni-lj.si/.http://digitalna.uni-lj.si/http://my.uni-lj.si/ Your UL digital identity is comprised of your username and your password. The username resembles an email address, e.g. jn1234@student.uni-lj.si. You must first activate identity on special portal - you will receive your username and your password during the process of identity activation. See Instructions!

Erasmus Day December 2016: Erasmus Day – presentation of Erasmus students and countries they are coming from. Preparation of national dishes in cooperation with Slovenian professors & students.

ECTS evaluated sports subjects You can take ECTS evaluated sports subjects in University Sport Center (main University building). Each subject is worth 3 ECTS. Everyone accepted to ECTS sports subjects will receive an email notification regarding the start date. Notification will also be sent to the students who were not accepted to the ECTS sports subject. Start in the week of 24 October 2016.
