Timeline of activity... December 2014 – Regional presentation / reference format agreed January 2015 – Regional Data Sharing Protocol proposed (agreed March) March 2015 – Data provided by LA Leads April 2015 – Individual requests sent January 2016 – Agency Providers forum – name change to Regional Appointment Log and providers to actively encourage sign up July 2016 – Re-launch of Regional Appointment Log - refreshed communications, guidance and flow charts August 2016 –All requests for qualified agency workers to be accompanied with a to clarify if agency worker has an Appointment Log record.
