Terms of Reference Title of Working Group: Network aspects of IDs (N-iDs WG) ToR –Encouraging members’ activity on N-iD standards –Collaboration for global standard activity: ITU SGs and other groups such as JTC1 SCs –Development of CJK requirements and contributions –Sharing information and experiences –Other collaboration issues which should be identified by the meeting

Target Activities Sharing information and experiences –Business Models and Case studies –Services types and Applications Development of CJK requirements –Service and Application requirements –Requirements for Global Identifications –Requirements for Network aspects –Interoperability requirements –Harmonization and collaboration aspects

Target Activities Development of CJK Deliverables –Upon common urgent subjects –Deliverables incorporating common views –In line with plans of international bodies Collaboration for global standard activity –ITU SGs, N-ID JCA and other groups such as JTC1 SCs, EPCglobal etc. –Bring CJK deliverables into relevant groups and make international standards together –Extend on site collaboration during meetings and/or events

Work Group Structure Roles and mandates of N-iD WG Structure RolesMandates Chair (1) Leader of the group Report to CJK Plenary and coordinate Coordination with other WG like NGN, B3G Overall management for the N-iDs WG Form a strategy building team for harmonization with inside/outside Vice Chairs (2) Coordination with ITU and JTC1 State-of-art in ITU, JTC1 and other SDOs Monitoring activity of Task Groups Task Group Leaders Responsible for specific subjects Develop deliverables which identified by members Report to N-iDs WG for approval of results

8 4. Work Process Working Method Maximize On-Line Activity: E-mail and Conference etc. Face-Face meeting: Use CJK Plenary and NGN WG. If needed, then organize separate F2F meeting with invitation Before ITU-T meeting, prior coordination meeting could be organized (similar as CJK NGN-WG) Decision should be consensus based Resulted deliverables will bring to international organizations to progress as international requirements and standards SBT (Strategy Building Team) will develop the roadmap for international harmonization including deliverables plan
