Your level of activity determines what amount of extra calories you intake 2 nd Trimester 300+ KCal 3 rd Trimest er 452+ KCal Exercise will increase caloric intake

45-65% of caloric intake of carbs is the recommended amount. Fetal brain needs Glucose 175g of carb is min. Vegetables, fruits, and whole grains Carbohydrates Body and baby needs cont.
