5 Network TIP Technology Support Shared Understanding  Interface between technology vendors and centers  Provide training and instructions  Establish a network-wide videoconferencing system  Troubleshoot technology issues with hosts and vendors  Primary interface with Palo Alto  Develop OSBDCN web-based learning & training LMS system
