Creating Patrolling Routes Divide district area into as many regions as vehicles allotted Innovas to be deployed in urban areas: Response time- 15 min Urban areas include municipal entities away from district headquarters Boleros for Rural areas: Response time 20 minutes Create at least 5 routes in each region- as many as desired Ideally, one route should not be limited to one PS jurisdiction Locate them densely in city areas

Patrolling Routes A patrolling Route is a defined sequence of geographical points A typical route would be: 1.Base Station 2.Chauraha A 3.Bank B 4.School S 5.Park P 6.Market M 7.Colony C 8.Village V 9.Base Station If the sequence is changed, a new route is created This would be a new route : 1.Base Station 2.Bank B 3.School S 4.Chauraha A 5.Park P 6.Market M 7.Village V 8.Colony C 9.Base Station
