3. Break the Chains of your Past Allow God’s Might to be shown through you. CORE PASSAGE FOR TODAY: JOHN 9:2-5 HIS DISCIPLES ASKED HIM, “RABBI, WHO SINNED, THIS MAN OR HIS PARENTS, THAT HE WAS BORN BLIND?” “NEITHER THIS MAN NOR HIS PARENTS SINNED,” SAID JESUS, “BUT THIS HAPPENED SO THAT THE WORKS OF GOD MIGHT BE DISPLAYED IN HIM. AS LONG AS IT IS DAY, WE MUST DO THE WORKS OF HIM WHO SENT ME. NIGHT IS COMING, WHEN NO ONE CAN WORK. WHILE I AM IN THE WORLD, I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD.”

5. Make no provision for the flesh (Romans 13:14) Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh. [

6. Find an accountability partner (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10) Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: 10 If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.

7. Build Biblical truth into your Life (Romans 12:2) 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

8. Begin to Rebuild (Philippians 3:20-21) 20 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.
