3. Clinical/Non Clinical approaches in Healthcare Just because you work in clinic or a hospital doesn’t mean your role is clinical. The term has to do with whether or not you treat patients or provide direct patient care of any type, in which case your job is clinical. Clinical roles Non clinical roles

4. Educational Skills/Requirements of Non Clinical Health information managers= Bachelors Degree. Health info technicians= Associates Degree. Medical Transcriptionists= Associates Degree (community college). Medical Secretaries=vocational, institutes, and community colleges. Healthcare Administrator= MBA in healthcare administration.
