EASE OF DOING BUSINESS: Among top 10 state in ‘Ease of Doing Business’ Ranking Promotion for establishment of IT/ITeS SEZ in Tier-II cities of UP HCL IT City : 100 acre IT City Project Cost 1500 Cr. 10 acre Skill Development Center 75,000 employment through direct & indirect mode ABUNDANT SKILLED WORKFORRCE: 2nd, 3 rd & 4 rank of ITIs, ITCs, B-schools and Engineering colleges More than 53 Universities and 4345 Colleges Transformed Policies: Non- discriminatory access to the incentives of the Policy IT/ITeS HUB: 150+ IT/ITeS companies in Noida with large corporates TCS, Wipro, Accenture, HCL etc. IT-Parks: Government promotes development of IT Parks to establish within state with a facility to shift/operate BPOs in the developed IT Parks. Initiatives for Entrepreneurs & Startups : INFUSE Model Capital grant of 50% for IT infrastructure setup Incubators to get financial support of 5 Lakhs per year for 5 years Encouragement to Govt/Semi-Govt Host Instititues (Tech, Mgmt, R&D) Establishment of INR100 Crore corpus Professionally managed Fund Management Committee Participation in SEBI approved VC/Angel funds, GoUP shall match 25% of the money invested by VC Provision of sustenance allowance of INR 15,000 per month for a period of 1 year at idea/prototype stage Marketing/ commercialization assistance of 25% of actual cost or INR 10 Lakhs at pilot stage IN Incubators FU Fund of Funds SE Startup Entrepreneurs Provisions for Incubators & Start Ups under UP IT & Start Up Policy 2016

Recent IT/ITeS/BPO Initiatives in Uttar Pradesh Establishment of IT Parks in the state 2-3 acres IT Parks in Tier-II & III Cities Being established in Meerut, Agra, Kanpur & Gorakhpur IT Parks will give boost to ITeS, BPO activity in the state IT Employability Training cum Rural BPO Centres : eSETU Present in 13 cities of UP HP, the Global IT firm providing training at Agra, Lucknow, Kannauj & Gorakhpur Paving the way of Rural Bpos in the state Technical training & mentoring by IT/ITeS firms Mega Call Centre- Centralized Call Centre, Lucknow With 300 seating capacity to collect independent feedback from the beneficiaries of various govt. schemes & initiatives Kickstarting the Govt. initiatives lead BPOs
