Run-on Sentences: 2 kinds  RUN-ON: When you write a sentence, make sure that you put a period at the end do not keep writing and cause a run- on sentence.  COMMA SPLICE: A comma cannot be put in between complete sentences with no conjunction that will also cause a run-on sentence called a comma splice.
