8 Bundle (Phone & ADSL) Plans Customers can add a Pick N Mix plan for more calling value All ADSL Bundles are worth 4 customer points General conditions applicable to this bundle: The ACN Home Bundle includes the Essential Home Urban home line access plan and either a Small +, Medium + or Large + ADSL plan. Customers outside of Auckland/Wellington and Christchurch (non Urban) are charged an additional $5 for the home line access. ACN's Home Bundle is only available to credit-approved residential customers who commit to a new 12 month contract. A $199 early termination charge applies if the customer terminate their Home Bundle within the 12 month minimum term. Rate plan upgrades are permitted. No further bundled discounts apply. 12 Setting expectations Customer FAQACN When is my service getting connected?Customers will receive an email titled “New ACN DSL Service - User Details and Appointment Time” approximately one week from their sign up date. Where is my modem?Equipment is dispatched to customers upon their activation date confirmation. Equipment may take up to 10 business days to be delivered. Is my phone service active?Customers will receive an email titled “ACN Completion Notice” once their phone service has been confirmed connected.
