2.  2 offices serving NU graduate and undergraduate students:  One on Chicago campus and main office on Evanston campus; M-F 8:30 – 5pm in-person, and after hours crisis support via phone.  40% of our clients are graduate students  Top issues graduate students come to CAPS for include anxiety, mood concerns, relationship concerns, and challenges within their programs.

3. Services provided:  Assessment of needs  Brief Therapy  Group Therapy  Medication management for clients in therapy at CAPS  Community referral  Urgent/crisis support  Stress Management Clinic and wellness programs

4.  Call 847-491-2151 to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation.  During that call it may be suggested to schedule a Personalized Care Plan meeting with one of our counselors. Plan and recommendations may include: Brief Therapy at CAPS Group Therapy at CAPS Referral to a local therapist or treatment center that may be a better match for your needs Assistance with program-related concerns  We have a counselor available for urgent/crisis concerns during normal business hours; for after hours call our main number and press “0” to connect with the counselor on call.
