2. The George Hotel in Stamford
Our work experience took place at the "George Hotel of Stamford" from November 5th 2014 to January 3rd Stamford is a small city in England, situated in the north of London, next to Cambridge. Stamford is situated in the " lincolnshire".
This company is a hotel, with two restaurants, one is a brasserie, the other one is a gastronomic restaurant. There are 178 employees.

4. Our tutor was Mr. Tuchard, he is the manager of the restaurant
Our tutor was Mr.Tuchard, he is the manager of the restaurant. It was really interesting to work with him and the other employees. We worked on split, or on straight. When we were on split, we had a break in the afternoon, but when we were on straight, we were off in the morning.
For the employees, there was a little room called "staff room" with two vending machines and wi-fi. In this company, we worked as Waiters, Station Chefs or runners.

6. This work experience was a great experience, we didn't have any problems. And we would recommend this firm to any other trainee because it's pretty fun to start in this job like this. (waiter, waitress).
It was a real good experience because I went to England for the first time, I could visit London, and Stamford.
In the future, I would love to go back and work in this company!
