Business Support Programme Objectives: a)To promote the benefits to Gloucestershire's businesses of more sustainable and resource efficient approaches to dealing with commercial waste. b)To provide Gloucestershire's businesses with a single first point of contact for advice on commercial waste and resource efficiency issues.

11. www.glosfirst.co.uk Project Aims and Objectives Business Support Programme Objectives delivered through– Gloucestershire Recycle at Work Campaign: 1.A website providing a visible focal point and gateway for information and activity around commercial waste and resource efficiency. 2.A free telephone and email helpline providing an information and referral advice service to all SME businesses within Gloucestershire. 3.A programme of presentations, seminars, workshops and other events to promote the campaign message and the support services available to businesses.
