1. EXCELLENT ORPHANAGE NEWS LETTER Dear friends warm greetings from Excellent Orphanage School. We are pleased to present to you this issue of January 2016 we warmly wish everyone a happy new year. At Excellent we have a reason to smile because the pupils of nursery graduated to primary one received lots of presentations, dances and drama from them displaying all the efforts their teachers put in as they were in nursery.

2. Yeye Gedion 7yrs P.3 We had the primary seven sit for their national exams and their results were released this January and we had our children pass both in first and second grade. We believe that God provides and we get finances to support their secondary education in good schools.

4. We have finished wiring the orphanage; we are only waiting for government to connect power. God bless our partners from Westside Church whose financial support and prayers have made it possible for us to do the wiring.

9. Upcoming events We are clearing the land to prepare for the planting season. We want to start a poultry farm to improve our diet and also earn some income from the eggs Challenges The classes and dormitory are not enough and we also lack teacher’s quarters. With our warm regards ERIC

I t hank God for the loan I received from Excellent I first got a loan of $100 which I used to buy more baskets of passion fruits and paid with in 6months and got another loan of $150 which I have used to purchase mangos and local spices increasing my capital hence getting more profits than before. I have been able to enroll my children to school pay their fees and buy scholastic materials.

11. EXCELLENT ORPHANAGE NEWS LETTER Issued on February, 2016 Dear friends we greet you in the name of our lord Jesus Christ. We are pleased to present to you this issue of February 2016 we warmly wish everyone and we wish you a happy Easter.

12. God has been so good to Excellent, we started upgrading our kitchen to a smoke free energy saving modern kitchen,we constructed part of the walls and added a few iron sheets. We are still believing God for stainless steel sauce pan for the fireplace, completing the roof and the remaining walls as you can see below.

16. Alfa produced but the calf died during birth, as it was too big for it to deliver on its own, by the time the doctor arrived it was too late.

17. The good news however is that it is giving us over 15 litres of milk a day, we are able to feed the children and the staff and sell some, which has boosted our daily income at the orphanage.

18. The Rain season is starting and we have been able to clear enough land for planting food to feed the children, we also have sweet potatoes ready for consumption.

24. I am Nakayima Esther, I have four children I thank God for the loan I received from Excellent orphanage, I have been able to restock my stall of second hand Clothes and can now take care of my family.
