She has held various managerial posts and has gained a variety of useful skills such as presentation, investment management, and analytical skills. Over the years, she has worked on over one million square feet of commercial, multi- family and mixed-use properties throughout South Florida.

4. Kathleen Yonce Founder of KEY Management Consulting Kathleen Yonce founded KEY Management Consulting after graduating with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She formed the firm to pursue opportunities using her development experience skills combined with her ARGUS Financial analysis skills on behalf of her clients. She has worked with various clients including Sharpe Project Developments, Codina Development, and South Dade Vision Council.
