Currently 1 Manager, 6 Trainees – Growth from 3 Trainees in Feb 09. Preparation of Financial Statements & Tax Returns. All work through one point of contact Consistent on the job training. Manager (25 years experience) sits and shows Rapid progress of trainees Trainees love it Relationship managers love it because they don’t have to manage staff Close proximity to Manager means that any queries regarding the job can be answered on the run. High productivity of trainees 90% YTD Need to have rigid standards assisted by CCH engagement Junior Staff Pool

Success & Challenges Integration of two acquired accounting firms 2 businesses, 3 principles, 2 staff Minimal staff less issues $1.1 million in fees 2 successes, 1 work in progress Culturally very good – can buy businesses, can’t buy people Financially ok Not enough emphasis on performance criteria Transition of clients commences with retiring principal 1 July 2010 for 12 month changeover Horses for courses regarding who gets what. Predomination of clients to one RM Reason to de-risk business from former partner exiting from business
