6 Before you can send a permanent link to your administrator with your virtual observation you need to share the video. Then choose who to share with. By default it shares to all

9 SAFARI Montage gives you the ability to upload content in over 50 file formats. All documents uploaded into the Learning Object Repository (LOR) are searchable with metadata. All these documents are located in My Files. Video recordings are located in CreationStation

10 Uploading to Creation Station and the LOR Select Modules Select Media or Wed link Upload Select Browse/Upload File

11 Once you have selected your document or web link you will edit the content just as you do with your video recordings.

12 All videos you record are located in CreationStation – My Files. Content you upload are located in My Files. To access My Files select the icon under the SAFARI Montage media player window.

13 Quick upload link for CreationStation Once uploaded follow the guide for editing rights.

14 Create Folders by selecting create or right click and select create. Creating files allows you to organize and manage your files into lessons or subjects… Select the icon to move files to the correct folder

15 My Files displays the most recent documents you have uploaded. The documents can be searched by using the dropdown menu. Remember that only your documents will be visible. Most Recent DocumentsDocument Search OptionsSearch by Keyword

16 Adding attachments To add attachments to pieces of content for you as the teacher: Select the piece of content that you want to add an attachment to Select Edit from the action button set Select Attachments and choose the attachment type.

17 Copy and paste your web link or drag and drop or double click to add a document.

18 Once an attachment is added it will be listed under the icon window as a Supplemental Teacher’s Document. You can add up to 5 attachments. Attachments as well as quizzes are only viewable to Teacher and above.

21 This months assignments Upload 3 additional pieces of content to support a lesson or your video that you recorded. Complete the quiz on Session 4 For those who have not finished up sessions 2 or 3 you need to complete the assignment with a passing score.
