Increase education, resources, and awareness to the underserved communities and school aged students on nursing as a career. Increase the awareness and knowledge of cultural diversity and sensitivity among nursing students within the profession. Encourage leadership amongst students to take on roles that help them develop personally and professionally within nursing.
