10 Outcomes i. have a reduced risk of being involved in offending behaviour by understanding and accepting what is a crime and how it is dealt with by the criminal justice system ii.understand the fiscal cost to individuals (including themselves) and society of criminal activity and civil disputes including court costs and prison costs. iii.to have an understanding of legal literacy relating to the origins and delivery of the justice system, including the roles and procedure of courts iv.have awareness of the career opportunities available in the justice system and where to gain further information about particular professions.
