5 Teams of Interdisciplinary Students: 5 students, 1 faculty mentor, 1 industry mentor Teams can also vet with Medical Advisory Board for the class Pick a project from ‘Most promising IP’ list or students pitch & vet project to pursue. Selected projects are developed over the course of 3 quarters. Deliverables include: Go to market strategy, identified partners /FDA strategy/ IP strategy/ reimbursement strategy, working prototype with data, manufacturability analysis, customer surveys & usability studies, submission to national collegiate competitions and SBIR grants.
