4. Pipe Bending Machinist #1 says bending would require special tools, possibly heating tube, and would be difficult for required bends. Machinist #2 says can be done. Don’t use a 6000 series alloy, probably need a 5000 series alloy. Machinist #3 says can be done. Try packing tube with sand to prevent collapse of the tube.

5. Pipe Bending Difficult Special Skill Thin wall tubing would cause problems in the manufacturing process 90 bend 3/4” OD, 1/8” wall thickness 20” radius cost about $28
