Robust Clinical Governance is Fully Embedded Mountain Healthcare’s Integrated Governance model will ensure a quality driven, safe and clinically effective service for all victims. For every SARC, we will develop and lead on a local multi-agency Quality Operational Group that will meet monthly. Terms of Reference (ToR) will be agreed to cover the governance arrangements. The monthly group will invite stakeholders and partners and be themed monthly around issues such as CSE, Mental Health, Sexual Health, Criminal Justice processes etc. with Safeguarding requirements embedded in everything we do.
