Part Two: . Part2: Environment in which i were raised and type of family structure that surrounded me. The type of environment I was raised in was the county. My grandmother had land out side the city limits. My mother and my grandmother lived next door to each other. The county life was very boring because there were no other children who lived out there. Now that I'm grown I prefer to live in the city limits. My family structure: My family believed in setting up rules to allow all the children at the house to feel safe, to develop self-discipline and to gain a sense of mastery while we were growing up in the house. While growing up my mother was a single parent who raised up three girls by her self. My mother had to set structure for me and my sisters I most say it guide us through life.

During my school years from prek - in up until 9 grade I attended school at Jefferson county elementary school. From 10th grade until 12 I went to Natchez high school. After graduating from natchez high I went to hinds community college where I received my associate degree in child development. After finish that degree I went to Jackson university where I received two bachelor degrees. The first degree is in Sociology and the other one is in Childcare and Family. The advice that has been handed down through my family that reflects values held by my ancestors? The advice in my family that plays a big role from generation to generation is " do on to others as you would want them do to towards you. For example, in this quote, it mean respect other people just like you would want them to respect you.
