2.  2 Cor 4:3-4 – But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them (cf. John 3:19-20).

3.  “Abraham is our father”.  “God is our father”. Neither was true!

4.  John 8:44 – You are of your father the devil, & the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, & does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar & the father of it.

5.  1 John 3:11-12 – For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, 12 not as Cain who was of the wicked one & murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his works were evil & his brother's righteous.

6.  Rom 5:12 – …just as through one man sin entered the world [Gen 3:4], & death through sin, & thus death spread to all men, because all sinned —

7.  John 8:44 (NIV) – You belong to your father, the devil, & you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. W HEN HE LIES, HE SPEAKS HIS NATIVE LANGUAGE, for he is a liar & the father of lies.

16.  Do you welcome the Son of God & his family (the church) as your own?  Do you know His word when you hear it, & does it move you to obey?
