5. Vangstad Summary of Progress: We have received a schedule from the contractor and the tentative completion date is November 30. Electrical is 99% complete and the mechanical is 90% complete. Keys and lock will be ready by the completion date. As rooms are completed we will be installed existing cores (until the new ones arrive) to secure the area. We are continuing to work through plans for the Auditorium- specifically the curtains.

6. City Flood Protection Project Summary of Progress: College Street will be paved next week and completed by the 16 th. Curb will be put in and completed by the 21 st - at which time we can open our lots. There will be a week of issuing warnings before we start issuing citations. There will be emails sent on this timeline. Viking Drive is making good progress and will be ready to start backfilling next week.

7. Heat Plant Replacement Summary of Progress: We are still waiting on final Legislative approval for the new footprint. 3 out of 4 houses have been closed on- once we close on the 4 th, asbestos testing will be done and the demo project will go out to bid. VCSU will be paying a portion to have the electrical cables buried. We will start buying equipment because the lead time can be extensive. McGough (CMaR) will be working with us to sell existing equipment and that money will go back in to the project budget. Interior design is complete- waiting on the exterior design. Civil, mechanical, and electrical designs are already in progress. We are looking at a tentative April/May groundbreaking date.

8. Wellness Center

9. Other Projects Wellness Center : Pre-cast walls should be here any day. Master Planning: This process is in progress and we get all of the different departments on board to report the required information. This plan is due to the system office in February. Field House Training Room: This project has a scheduled start date of December 10 th. Back Alley (SF Parking): Paving of the lot will tentatively be done by the end of next week. Once the area is paved, Enterprise Sales can come put posts in and start on the shelter construction.

12. “She (Kelli) does a wonderful job keeping all of the different events organized and spends a lot of time making sure each FS employee has the correct information for setup, lock/unlock times, etc. She doesn't have a problem helping with setups, cleanups, etc. She is always willing to help out our team members when she is able and does a great job at keeping a positive atmosphere in the office. It takes a lot of effort to keep everyone (not just FS employees) on track and she does a great job!”
