2. They were able to receive this award, because of the sincere kindness and humanitarian gesture they extended through the construction of bunkhouses in NHA Sagkahan Bliss Brgy. 62-B, Tacloban City. It was built to serve as an impermanent shelter for the Typhoon “Yolanda” victims as they rebuild their own communities after the storm.

4.  Though what was lost can no longer be recovered, it is important to help in the restoration of what survived.
