5. Grading Spanish 1B and 2: All points earned for tests/projects, quizzes, homework, class work, and participation will be tallied, and the quarter grade will be calculated by THAT total divided by the total number of points possible. The amount of points that a test, quiz or assignment is worth will vary. Spanish 4: Midterm- 10%, Final- 20%, Classwork- 70% (Determined by total points available divided by total points earned)

6. Homework Policy Homework will be given almost every day. All assignments are due at the start of class. Students may have a mutually- agreed upon extension if legally absent. All late work not turned in at the beginning of class will be considered late and will be given a maximum of ½ credit once turned in. It may be turned in up until the unit test for that particular topic of study. I will collect homework or check for completion at the beginning of class; either way, it counts. Copied work is never accepted.
