Parking Permits Juniors and Seniors ONLY You may begin picking up the 2016-2017 parking permit applications in the office. You must fill it out and return it to the discipline office to be approved and signed by your administrator prior to purchasing the permit. Beginning Today, September 6 th you may begin checking to see if your permit has been approved and pay for it during all the lunch hours and after school in the cafeteria. Please read the application carefully and make sure everything is filled out.

United Way - LIVE UNITED Purchase your United Way T-shirts T-shirts - $10.00 Glowsticks – $1.00 Lunch periods on Wednesday, September 21 – Friday, September 23. Wear your T-shirt and glowsticks to the game on Friday.

Sweats Day! First sweats day of the year will be FRIDAY, September 23. Wristbands are $2.00 Monday – Thursday and $5.00 on Friday. Buy your wristband at lunch or from any ART teacher. No Hoodies sweatpants and Wolves wear shirts only

Class of 2020 There will be a very important meeting on Tuesday, September 30 th in room A-113 We will be discussing color and t-shirt designing

Anime Club Anime Club will have its first meeting on Monday, September 19 th right after school in room A128. We will be discussing anime, gaming, Pokemon Go, and a lot more. Get your nerd on at Anime Club!

Spanish Club The next Spanish club meeting of the year is Monday September 19 th after school in the library. We will be voting on officers and the homecoming candidates.

Seniors Seniors! The first SAT at MCHS is Oct. 1 st. The registration deadline is 11:59 p.m., Sept. 1 st. The web address is : sat.org/register. Stop by the guidance office for a study guide!

Class of 2019 T-shirts will be available for pre-order Tuesday next week. They will be $10 unless larger than a 2 X

Yearbooks Yearbooks Order your 2016-2017 Yearbook Now! The cost is 60$ which is the lowest price of the season! Stop by the Yearbook Office A-102, and pick up an order form!

Early College Club Michigan City Early College Club will have its 1 st meeting of the year on Tuesday September 20 th in room N110 from 2:20 p.m. to 2:55 p.m. All early college students are welcomed.

Steering Commitee Thursday the 15 th, there will be a steering committee meeting for the Class of 2019

Class of 2020 T-shirts will be for order in Room A-113 and in Room A-240. The cost is $10. Stop by and pick your size. The last day to order will be September 21 st. There WILL be a meeting on Thursday, September 15 th right after school in room A-113.

Science Olympiad Science Olympiad Science Olympiad will be having their first meeting of the year this Thursday, September 15 th after school in Room A- 222. If you like science, CSI-Forensics, or building things please stop by and get more information. If you have any questions please see Ms.Gray or Ms. St.Germaine

HOSA HOSA HOSA, a club for future health professionals, will be meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 13 th in room A246 at 2:30 pm. This is the first meeting of the year and we will be choosing candidates for officers.

Attention All Drivers And Potential Divers There will be a callout meeting for all students interested in the diving team today afterschool. If you are a returning diver, or are interested in being in dive team this year, please report to the pool right after school today for a brief meeting.

Art Club Art Club will meet next Tuesday after school at 2:30 in P105 for an organizational meeting. All are welcome. Meeting will be over at 3:00 pm.

Slam Poetry Calling all slam poets! Get writing your poetry- next week’s theme is “Why” at Unleashed Slam Poetry Club. Write a poem answering that question- “Why” It could be “Why am I here” or “Why is the sky blue” or “Why do I have to use a pencil on a scan tron?” Come next Tuesday to read and hear some of these dynamic poems.

Seniors Essence Rare will have an informational meeting for anyone interested in being in 2017 Debutante/Master’s Ball. The meeting is at the Mich. City Public Library, Today @6pm. Parents are encourage to attend! Criteria available from Mrs. Walker, RmA238 or the guidance office.
