Origin The exact date of Meditation is unknown for Archaeologists believe it began around 5,000 years ago in west and east Asia Meditation developed in Taoist China and Buddhist India (600-500BCE) The first meditation hall open in Japan and started to evolved in the 8 th century

Purpose Meditation is mainly for caring for the mind. The all have the suffering of not achieving our goals. If we did not have uncontrolled body, their would be the impossible to experience the suffering. We could see our body, but not the mind itself.

Methods’ Walking meditation To manage the overwhelming emotion energy In walking meditation we use walking as our focus and become mindful Novel Experience The escape of our brain’s stuff of day-to-day thoughts when something out of the ordinary comes out Gratitude Exercises Is more of a deeper appreciation than the feelings of thankful People can use gratitude exercise to form new social relations, or to build upon making new ones
