Arrive onsite on Saturday between 11.30am-1.00pm to set up. When you arrive, you will be directed by RRT volunteers. Please visit the registration desk to collect your team bag and campsite allocation Make sure your campsite is setup by 1:45pm ready for Opening Ceremony Survivors, Carers and new team members can register at the CCQ registration tent up until 1.45pm You are welcome to bring food, however please do support our amazing food vendors and the teams selling food on-site. No glass is permitted, and no gas/BBQs. If you want to sell hot food, or have a specific request for electricity at your site, please talk to Kate (Relay Coordinator) The event is smoke-free, it is also pet-free (unless a service or guide animal) Friends and family are welcome to attend the event until 10pm (without registering). After then, all people on-site must be registered for security purposes. What to expect

Each team is allocated a campsite (same teams will be side by side) Enough space for a marquee (3m x 3m) and a tent to be comfortable and warm overnight Please ensure you have some shelter – slip, slop, slap, seek, slide! Keep your campsite clean, and have fun! Pick a theme and go wild! No glass, no BBQ’s, no gas Have a fundraiser at your campsite! Your Campsite

What to do between now and Relay day… Recruit team members! We recommend at least 8 people, with a maximum of 15. Need more spots? Create a second team! Fundraise! Ask for donations through social media and emails, sell raffle tickets, organise a fundraiser! Organise your theme and plan your campsite! What about an on-site fundraiser? Invite Cancer Survivors, Carers, Supporters and Fighters to the Afternoon Tea, which is complimentary. Next Team Info Session – 28 September
