Joining a New Class ● Students will join classes at their teacher’s discretion ● Classroom App or classroom.google.com ● Enter code or select Join. ● First time they can take a tour on how to use it.

Guardian Summaries Keeping parents and guardians in the loop Guardian Summaries ● Teachers can invite guardians to sign up for email summaries to keep up with their students. Guardians can choose how often to get a summary—daily or weekly—and can unsubscribe at any time. Summaries include: ● Missing work—Work that’s late at the time the email was sent ● Upcoming work—Work that’s due today and tomorrow (for daily emails) or work that’s due in the upcoming week (for weekly emails) ● Class activity—Announcements, assignments, and questions recently posted by teachers ●District 204 is reviewing this new feature and will communicate the directions for accessing it.
