Helsinki, intensive joint activities are expected in the upcoming two years, incl: Exchange of students and researchers focusing on TaiCCAT-based climate adaptation research Sharing Taiwanese experiences on short-term (spontaneous) response to climate extremes Sharing Dutch experiences on long-term (gradual) planning for climate resilience 3
