2 NURSING HOMES Nursing homes can be described as service providers who provide curative services to the people who need to be in the hospitals but are being taken care at home. In this regards, the nursing homes are well equipped with the skilled nurses who mostly work in shifts to provide twenty-four-hour services. In this regards, it can be depicted that home nursing’s are set ups like the hospitals since the staff can provide medical care as well as physical and occupational therapy when needed.

3 SERVICES PROVIDED BY NURSING HOMES The most set of services basically provided by the home nursing are the provision of the rooms and meals to the patients. They as well provide nursing supervisions to the patients and most important medical care when necessary. Housekeeping services are also provided implying that the bedding is cleaned and ensuring that everything is clean. In meals provisions, it is ensured that it is of a good diet and this healthy for the members being cared for (Beaulieu 2012).

4 ROLE OF VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS IN NURSING HOMES The various stakeholders include the board members who include the chair whose main responsibilities include the provision of the guidance and most importantly to support the corporate officers while engaging in the CDS implementation. Moreover, they have a role of showing support to the organizations as well as to the public. Moreover, they make the most effective decisions which are deemed to be crucial in the operations of the facilities.

5 CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Other stakeholders are the chief executive officers who are the top level administrators and the leaders of the facility. The chief executive officer is a very important person since he provides both the vision as well as the support of the facilities activities. In carrying this out, the chief executive officers connects well with the staff and ensuring that he is given feedback so as to account for the leadership and the well-being of the operations.

6 CHIEF MEDICAL INFORMATION OFFICER Another stakeholder is the Chief Medical information officer who bridges the gap which exists between the clinical and administrative activities whose main purpose is to consider for implementations. These stakeholders are responsible for selecting the clinical champions where in some cases may act as the champions themselves. Most importantly, they help in translating the administration's visions of the CDs to the staff especially the clinicians.

7 HOW HOME NURSING SERVICES ARE PAID The nursing services, as well as the products, are being paid by use of the Medicaid and the Medicare insurance services. In this regards, the patients who are visiting the hospitals can pay their bills by the use of their insurance offering services. The health providing facilities then ask the insurance bodies to pay for the amount required for the patients (Abood,. Et al 2010).

8 CURRENT AND FUTURE TRENDS IN HOME NURSING Technology is the most issue when it comes to nursing; the changes in the technology will seem to affect the operations of the facility in one way or another. The adoption of the new technology implies that there is increase efficiency in the service offering as well as sufficient services being provided. In this regards, the activities regarding the health of the patients will be handled more easily and effectively (Cartelli 2012).
